The Cairngorm Snowbird
In business as in life there are times when the forces of nature conspire to do something brilliant. Take a look at this picture that I called the Cairngorm Snowbird which I shot probably in the mid 1980’s whilst on a fishing holiday at Grantown on Spey. The exact location is lost in history but it would always have been around about the end of June. We saw the snowbird over several years. Provided there is snow it will still happen due to the lay of the land and the fact that it is north facing and gets very little direct sunlight on it. In this shot the image of the bird is very distinct and I like to think you can see the slightest suggestion of an eye.
